I went to Agra using the cab arranged by Suncourt Yatri hotel from Delhi. The cab driver casually told that he knows a good guide who can show us Taj Mahal. The cab driver along with the guide took us to the unique art and craft shop stating that they are the descendants of the workers who were involved in... More

Had a terrible experience at this place 2 days ago. We arrived in the shop after our Taj Mahal tour. Our tour guide brought us there. First we were explained how the guys who make the ornaments descent from Taj Mahal makers and then they beautifully explained us the marble processing. Afterwards, we were led to the room where they... More

Watch costs, maybe Google prior to going on a tour. Beautiful works but your guide takes such a huge percentage it often is cheaper to buy elsewhere. Have the store ship your purchase home just sign the back of your item to ensure it is yours (you will forget what it looked like) and watch the table or frame and... More

We were in a party on a guided tour with our Indian guide when we visited, and shown the making of these marble and Gemstones from what appeared to us, slave labour. We were then escorted into the showrooms where we were given drinks and shown how to look for the genuine marble articles by shineing a light through the... More

I arrived at this place on 2015-1-29, and ended up purchasing a $2700 inlaid marble coffee table top. It was gorgeous. Well, after 10 weeks I never received the top and after discovering that all the email address bounced and phone numbers were disconnected, had to file a claim with the credit card company. 4 days later I got a... I will validate previous reviewers impressions of this place. I will admit that I was tired when led to this last stop on our tour. The tour of the Taj was so wonderful, I let my guard down when taken to this "handicrafts exhibit." It was interesting and the work was beautiful but way out of my budget. I also... More

In June I purchased a Chess board and stand from this company. They are very high pressure sales people that try to get you to buy everything at very high inflated prices. I had them agree to ship the item to Canada for July 15th however it never arrived. I filed a chargeback and then the company sent it to... More

My two small jewellery boxes that cost me a ridiculous $120 AUD are both chipped and one of them is so broken that it almost seems like the chalk like copies they showed us at the showroom as scams on the road. To be completely honest, I felt like I was almost MADE to to buy the 2 boxes and... More
