This place offers a amazing view of the entire Udaipur city. The Ropeway attaction is a added bonus although you can take a hike using the 750+ stairs to the top

It is one of the best places to visit while in Udaipur. No other place can give you a better view than this from the top of the mountain which the rope way takes you to. Very romantic and amazing scenic beauty. What is equally important is that almost every sight seeing in Udaipur is damn expensive but this is... More

If you have kids in your family and if want to have another view of palaces and lakes, then this is must visit place in Udaipur. The ropeway charges are economical. Within 2-3 mins, you will be on top of the hill. From here, you can see both sides of Udaipur. At one side you have heritage places and at... More

It was a bit disappointing to go all the way via rope way to Karin mata mandir but the place was being renovated so could not do anything much there. Udaipur city view from top is quite good. Rope way is a short ride of hardly 10 mins with a good view all around. There is a temple, a dargah... More

Huge crowd can be expected as this is a very good experience. We felt like cruising on a bird. View from atop the hill was excellent especially in the night when all the lights were lit in the Lake Pichola banks. Most enjoyable experience. The temple is also good.

The rope way to reach the temple and biew point was great, though a short one. The view from the top was great, could see all of Udaipur and looks directly into Fathesagar and Pichola lakes. The temple of rats was under construction, but worth a see. Some steep climbing around the place.

We did a half day trek / rope way trip to karni mata. The walk along lake pichola (next to ekling garh army camp) is very relaxing and quiet. We took the rope way up and walked down, the views of Udaipur are very good. Since we had kids with us (Teens and Pre teens) it was an enjoyable outing.
