This was a pleasant surprise once we visited the place, it is situated in next to Doodh Talai. There are 2 cable cars and they can fit in around 6 people at a time. I recommend to vist this place in the evening after 4PM as you can enjoy the nice cool winds once you reach up the hill top.... More

The temple is accessible by rope-ways.The temple is under construction. The location enables one to view the city of Udaipur from top.The rope way trolleys can carry 12 people at a time and waiting period to get in may be half and hour if there is some crowd.

People mostly visit this place because of two reason as per my understanding. One for rope way ride from where you can see udaipur city and 2nd for the temple itself.People believe that their prayer will be fulfilled here. You will get a 360 degree view of Udaipur city once you reach up.Not to miss the pawbhaji at the restaurant on the... It is basically a cable car ride to the Temple situated on the Hill top. It is the place from which you get the most amazing and awesome sight of the whole city and lake. Try the Chola Bhaturas at the small restaurant up there. Its a good meal, albeit oily, with an excellent view. Must Visit.

The cable car ride is quite good and one can see the Karni mata temple on the top. The cable car ride is enjoyable and is not that expensive. However there is a bit of waiting time after you get the ticket during the evening when there is more crowd.

One must visit this place, even if it is only to enjoy the 9-minute to-and-fro cable car ride. The 360 degree view of the city from the top is quite a sight to behold. And, the air up there is even fresher.

Temple is situated at a very good location. You can reach top by cable car in 5 to 7 minutes. Visit the temple and enjoy the beautiful views from the top. Best time to visit after 6 pm.

There were a bit of confusion at first with the name of this place. Well, we didn't know it was called ropeway because to us it's cable car. So after some amusing explanation from the auto driver we were finally convinced that we meant the same place, just in different name.My bad.Heh.The ride was nothing spectacular. It was just a... The drive to the ropeway as well as the parking area was very comfortable. With a ticket price of Rs70 per head, it was a very good ride. Travel time of about 8-10 minutes one way, the cable cars were being organised in a very good manner. On top, didn't find too many things to see, except a beautiful view... More
