No, its terribly dirty covered with flies and the benches will give arthritis to even bountiful backsides. This is out bound waiting area the inbound is worse if... More

One can take a cable car ride from Deen Dayal Park, near Dudhtalai, up to the Karni Mata temple situated high up on Machla Magra. The ride takes less than 5 minutes and costs Rs.78 per head (to and fro), but one can spend as much time as one wants at the top station. After buying the ticket one has... More

A scenic ride offering lovely panoramic views over Udaipur from the top. Even to the bottom of the cable car it's a bit of a trek from the town but I think it is worth doing as the view is lovely.

Brilliant views and quite breathtaking at that. The 360 degree view of the city is treat not to be missed. The temple itself is nothing much to write about.

Good but slow and cranky. Very nice view of the city from the top of the hill. The only entry point to the Eklingji fort, Dargah and the Karni Mata temple. Facilities provided are good, but the vendors around make money by overcharging, so fill your bags before leaving the city. In the hotel on the top station, the caretakers... More

A short 1 minute ride via ropeway takes you to this place where you can enjoy amazing 360 degrees bird's eye view. Try to visit the place during sunset to see the glamour and lights around you. Tips: Take a private cabin for ropeway or you might have to wait for 10-15 minutes - just $8 Mind your steps en-route... More

The rope way apparently is a way to go to a temple on the hill top, we just took the way uphill and returned, dint visit the temple. For the height it offers a decent view of the city & the lakes, which you also get from many other places like the city palace or the Maharana pratap memorial. So... More
