One of the most ancient forts in Rajasthan, the place is an achitectural delight. Its 37 km long wall makes it the second longest in the world after China. It's a slightly long climb to the highest point, but should not be a problem to young people. Little children and senior citizens may find it difficult to climb all the... More

This was certainly a highlight of our visit. Not for those with weak knees since it is a steep climb to the top. Don't miss the wall art of the elephant in 'mast'

The fort has sm interesting history attached & i found it to be one of the better maintained forts in Rajasthan, relatively quite place, has sm beautiful temples surrounding the fort which is must visit. The evening light & sound show is a must see - the sound is only in Hindi.

We decided to plan excursion on our trip to Udiapur, but not clear how it will be but on the contrary we found it very interesting as I am a great history enthusiastic, this fort is huge and you can imagine how it would have been in its golden time. It left me all the more curious. I will recommend... More

Loved every bit of time spent there. I would surely love to go there again. Situated close-by to Udaipur it is not one of so famous places in Rajasthan but make sure that you visit it once.

Wonderfully peaceful and challenging walk of the perimeter wall. It offers amazing views and will test your commitment to completing the wall - my friend and I were disappointed that the last section of the wall seemed disappear into the rock face. A wonderful test of your own determination to cross any hurdle and, there are many!

We visited this fort in the month of April- in the heat! Though if the weather is pleasant one would love trekking upwards more! A view of the whole fort arena, it's boundaries, various buildings around from above is amazing. We liked it!
