This is a no brainer. If in Udaipur, you MUST go to Bagore Ki Haveli. Our tour guide recommended it. I had not heard of it but we decided to check it out. There is a beautiful performance of different dances and puppetry -- with very talented performers. The narration is in both English and Hindi. The performance happens in... More

If you want to really know the culture and heritage of Rajasthan visit Bagore Ki Haveli. The Dharohar dance show in the evening is a treat to watch. The 7PM to 8PM show gives a glimpse of the culture across the state of Rajasthan with a puppet show included as well. Don't miss this at any cost.

Bagore ki haveli has shows in the evening where they perform various dance forms of Rajasthani Folk! It is a nice introduction to the culture and art forms in Rajasthan. You may not want to miss this one!

Now this is one place in Udaipur which should be visited not for its nice view of lake/palace, but for something far more interesting than that - glimpse of rich Rajasthan culture. Every evening 7 to 8 pm it has multiple items in an hour long cultural show. Make sure to reach little early, grab a ticket & nice place... More

Visit to Udaipur is incomplete until you experience the true essence of rich rajasthani culture. This trip of mine was dedicated to cultural heritage of Rajasthan, which brought me to the Bagor ki Haveli. This haveli was a kingly palace where various kings of Mewar had lived in their childhood. But now this palace has been turned into a palace... More
