I went thinking it will be an authentic show. Believe me this is as poor as it gets. There is no coordination in the performances and is truly just a tokenistic performance for Western travellers. None of the performers really look interested in what they are doing.

Apart from the museum and artifacts, the main attraction is the folk music and dance show in the evening

I would recommend this place to everyone who pays visit to Udaipur. Its a unique experience as we are from different cultural background we got insights of Rajasthani traditions. Pot balancing act at the end of show was highlight. I would highly recommend to include this in your schedule

Bagore Ki Haveli conducts an evening show ~7-8pm (good to reach bit early, say 6pm to get a good seat). The show has 5-7 traditional dance acts, puppet shows etc performed by locals. This show is very famous among foreigners - an attraction point. Ticket prices are very minimal, INR 100/- per person, if I recall correctly and a token... More

Nice effort to showcase the folklore of Rajasthan in dance, puppetry and narration. The performances and the props will keep you spellbound for one hour. Recommend an evening walk by the lakeside (just next to the venue) and the show. Plan your attendance well. Timing between 1930 - 2030 hrs. No dinner service. Tickets needs to be purchased in advance.... More

The dancers are awesome at the 7pm show! Well worth visiting and taking a few brilliant pictures! Music player are just ok, same as the marionette show, but the stars are the women!!

We visited this place as it was close to our hotel and wanted to pass the time. I believe they have two tickets and cost about INR 50 per person. Its best that you reserve in advance as the shows get booked and there is hardly any place to sit. The performers were brilliant and put up an awesome show.
