Bagore ki haveli is one place where one can get history with entertainment. It has museum and a cultural progr "Dharohar" where you can immerse yourself into the culture of Rajasthan. Folk dance, puppet show or folk songs everything is here.

Bagore-ki-Haveli, organises a cultural program in the evening called Dharohar. Believe me, if you did like to get the taste of Rajasthan's Culture., then this is one programme if you missed, then you got to blame yourself. We all loved the compare and the package. I had read about it in the trip advisor forum and did not like to... More

When I visited the place I just found another couple inside the Haveli and no one else. Though it should be visited if you're in Udaipur as it houses some beautifully carved thermocol monument miniatures and also the biggest turban in the world.

Since its very close to the city palace, we can visit it easily. Its poorly maintained. The haveli is converted to a museum and not many great things to see. Also the entrance fees is high and separate charge for the camera.

Authentic Rajasthani folk dances and puppet show. Excellent value for money. Usually they have only one show of one hour at 1900 hrs. However, on the long weekend when we went there, seeing the crowd they did another show at 2000 hrs.
