We were a little disappointed at Angel Fire over Spring break 2014 (March 9-13). From what I heard, it was an unusual season for them and that they usually have more snow, however, conditions for us were pretty terrible and they didn't deal with them as well as they could have. It was icy in some spots and slushy in... More

My daughter & I got hooked on zipline tours when we were in Canada. The Angel Fire zipline guides are very well trained in what they do. We were completely comfortable putting our lives in their skilled hands! The zipline tour consists of eight (I think) different ziplines all over the mountain. They startt off on a short one, about... More

My wife and I traveled to Angel Fire, NM for a bicycle rally that I was participating in June 28th and 29th. We stayed at the Lodge which is nice but found out once we were there that it was not air conditioned. Now this is not a big deal in the winter but June, July and August are hot... More

We took a nice ride up to the summit and really enjoyed looking around. Looks like a great ski resort. We tried disc golf, but didn't have much luck. Equipment was pretty worn and the pins were hard to find. Need to be a bit of a billy goat for this!

Recently went Ziplining in the mountains at Angel Fire Resort. There were 6 in our group with two guides. We were equiped and briefed on technique and had two short runs to get the feel of it all. Each run was a little longer than the prior to build up to the longest run of about 1600 feet and about... More

Angel Fire is one of the best places by far...for skiing in New Mexico! Its a great resort...with monster slopes...and fun for any level! Its a well designed and layed out mountain...and the high speed chair lifts are terrific! You can ski here for days...and never get bored! Great spot and a great supporting town around it!

We were visiting friends who own a home just two blocks from the resort facilities, so we walked up for breakfast one morning. Nice atmosphere, the ski facilities (although closed in June!) LOOKED GREAT.

Angel Fire Resort has done a remarkable job of creating a top rate mountain bike terrain park over the past few years. I've been coming down from Colorado with groups ranging from 5 to 35 in size at least 5 times per summer to take in some great downhill riding. We've always been allowed to camp within close proximity to... More

Hello Ava, Thank you very much for the review of the bike park. As you pointed out, the trail crew has done an amazing job creating a great experience on the mountain. We appreciate your comments and will take those into consideration as we move forward. The camping lot is just 2 blocks from the bike park and the charge... More

We called in from Taos at 730 pm and were happily accommodated by a staff member named Shenon. He was able to talk us through the reservation process of a suite. Thoroughly explaining all accommodations. When we walked in after 930 pm he happily showed us maps of trails and seemed very happy in his position to help people. We... More

Winter, spring, summer, fall. All four seasons offer lots of fun & lots of things to do at the Resort. Fantastic skiing on an uncrowded mountain in the winter. Summer finds that very same mountain turned into a giant mountain bike park that has national & international competitions. Fall is the time to come view the turning of the aspens... More
