Drinking water reservoir for the people of Jodhpur....B'ful surrounding....but zero maintenance of the lake & the park....boats are lying in ruins....only plus is the road from Kaylana lake to Chaupasni Road...beautiful for a bike or open Jeep ride...specially during evening or during rains.....

Lots of water all around...nice place to relax in the midst of some hills....go ahead towards jaisalmer road for a long drive too! Not much of eatables around so bring your own food & njoy a picnic.

This is nice lake that is away from the city and all the hustle and noise. Though, it could use a lot of improvements to make it more enjoyable such as better seating area and maintaining cleanliness.

location is too far.. nothing much development around... desolate area... not ideal for lone travellers or foreign nationals.. we went there and returned immediately with even stepping out of the taxi.

Kaylana Lake is another example of how humans have managed to destroy something beautiful and perfect. We sat there from around 3:30 pm till sunset. The sunlight playing with water, the baby ducks learning new lessons from mama duck, the various formations they make and break and the ripples created in the water, it's so mesmerising. Watching people come and... More
