Definitely plan this. I have gone on this safari two times, once by myself as a lone woman and once with a friend. They feed you, stay in the desert one night and ride camel for two days. Also you can hire musicians to play and sing for you in the desert. It all comes to about $20. I also... More

Overall we enjoyed our stay - the safari was great and the guesthouse had a friendly atmosphere, however a few things left a bad taste in our mouths. It's worth any potential female guests being aware that the owners' son is very interested in female guests. I'm not sure if it's a regular thing or he was just particularly frisky... More

My partner and I just came " home " to this wonderful ( inexpensive but ten out of ten) Guesthouse from a three day and two nights camel Safari. We loved every minute of it. Sleeping on a rooftop under the stars the first night and then in a tent by these lovely sand dunes "picture perfect" the second night.... More

you've never been on a camel before-beware people offering drinks and then demanding 4-5x the normal rate when you've opened them. Camel drivers also demand silly tips when out of sight of guides.

We love the romantic night out in the desert under a sky full of beautiful stars! We also saw lots of graceful gazelles running on the peaceful desert

I had visited the Thar desert at Jaisalmer in 91, that time it was really a desert.. today its just some sand which is there. I was highly disappointed with the height of commercialization in form of camps in the area.

While in Bikaner and you don't do camel safari, your trip remains in-complete. From a safari for two hours to the entire day you have various options. To enjoy the most do the safari with family or friends. If you are lucky enough, you may spot jackals roaming around in the wilderness. If you have time, a one day safari... More

We had a great time. Camel safari is a must do during your stay in Rajasthan. During the sunset, desert becomes so beautiful that one can not explain it in words.
