Founded in 1968 by “The Mother” and continued by her “Son”, no relation, its Charter includes the following dazzling statements: 1. Auroville belongs to nobody in particular... More

The Sri Aurobindo Ashram is a spiritual community (ashram) established at Pondicherry, in the Indian territory of Puducherry, by Sri Aurobindo on 24 November 1926 (Siddhi Day). We were on holiday in this once upon time french colony in India. This ashram gives you peace of mind and self realization.Definitely recommended.

Sit aside of the holy samadhi-sthal of Sri Aurobindo & Mother. You won't feel like to go anywhere leaving this place. Also visit... More
