Sri Aurobindo Ashram.. Yes I did read a lot about Sri Maa and Sri Aurobindo before paying a visit to this divine Ashram. Who is genuine follower of aurobindo they may like but i personally have not liked any thing about it. Just hyped there are some books collection of aurobindo & photos

Calm and quiet. Not for tourists. It was just a 10 minute visit, and it turned out to be unentertaining for me and my whole family.

Visiting this place as a tourist casually without any prior awareness of Aurobindo will be a very boring experience as there will be very little to relate to or appreciate. You are not allowed to wear footwear or take photographs in here. It is a quick tour of the ashram. Very serene and calm.

It is a must visit place on tour to Pudducherry. Very near to beach. As we enter ashram area a sense of peace & calmness engulfs us. Divine !

Spiritual well being and connecting with the inner being, the place is spiritually charged. Must visit. The book shop has excellent works of Shiri Aurobindo, The Mother and related.

Visitors get to see the the 'Mothers' Samadhi. One has to maintain absolute silence. Kids below 3yrs are not allowed. Samadhi is decorated with fresh flowers. Good place to meditate.Nothing for site seeing.

This is a peaceful place. Feels different. The garden inside is worth the mention. Feels quiet and nice.
