Accessibility to this place is good. It is calm and serene here. We visited with college friends during 2007 August. When you visit this temple, make sure to visit mountains above the temple. You will definitely love the view from top.

I've been driving past this place for many years and finally on the weekend got around to having a look inside. The location is peaceful, temple itself is fairly small and not exceptional, the climb up the stairs is refreshing though and the site was clean and in reasonable condition. Worth a short visit.

an old temple close to the University of Pune in Symbiosis road. You can easily visit the temple as it is in midtown and there are some shops where you can buy some spiritual books.

The Chatushringi temple is a quaint old temple on SB road--- apart from Durga mata's Chatushrungi rup idol, it also hosts ganapati, laxmi, shiva, sapatashrungi and such deities. It is a good 200-250 stairs uphill climb with seating areas. The place is very well maintained with rows of shops on one side selling pooja items. It is a huge crowd puller during... More

Had to climb more than 200 steps to get into the temple. The walk is not recommended for people who suffer heart ailments will take its tool. If you happen to make it to the top the scene is brilliant. It is more a fort than a temple, quiet old but adequately maintained. The pain point though is the parking... More

Nice temple, very well maintained, extremely good location. Only you have to climb almost 200-300 stairs to reach the top of the mountain.

It situated in mid town and on top of small mountain. There is ample parking space inside temple premises. There are lot of steps to reach the main temple. From top you can see Pune city. There's lot of crowd during navratri's.

The best thing I liked about this place is it's location. It's in the heart of the city but on HILLTOP ! Yes, it's on the hill. In Navratri, it's not a place to visit because of the crowd unless you are a devotee. Rainy season is the best one with nice view. Lots of good restaurants are around the... More
