Had read reviews about this great place with 2500 peacocks. But it was a complete disappointment for me. Could hardly see 4-5 peacocks. Have been to other Agri-Tourist resorts the hospitality and service is worth experiencing. This place is neither Professional or Agri-Tourism. They claimed a lot of things. It mentioned 2 guided tours... I was still figure out what guided... More

I happened to visit this place over the long weekend of 15th August this year. This place is beautiful and a must see in monsoon. I was along with my 2 yr kid and she enjoyed thoroughly the place. There are lot of options for entertainment like Bullock cart ride, Tractor ride, various kids entertainment like slides, different types of... More

Morachi Chincholi is about 60 km from Pune and deserves a visit at least once. Its about 2 hours drive. I was told one can see the peacocks in their dancing forms from a distance as they are afraid of people when around. Wee stayed at Mauli Agri Tourism a small guest house with only three rooms. The owner does... More

Mayur Baug is one of the half day get away close to Pune! Nature is at its best. The mango farms, the tractor ride, the bullock cart ride and the peacock dances are its beauty. I visited this place with my friends in monsoon and it was one of the best picnics with awesome traditional Maharastrian Food. The sunset is... More

Mayur Baug is one of those farm tourism types. Though there is no actual farming what you get for the ticket is a bullock cart ride, tractor ride, breakfast, lunch, high tea and a evening of Peacock sighting.... Its an ok place for a day or an half day get-away. The right season would be very important, I think going... More

The Peacock Sanctuary, Agro, Rural, Nature Tourism. It’s Natural Peacock Sanctuary, if you want to go outside City Zone and wanted to enjoy the Natures Beauty, it’s a perfect location. It’s cheap and you will really enjoy here

If you want to see peacocks their, start early in the mourning and reach morachi chincholi at sunrise. Their is a old gate which was previously the entrance to the village. Just few metwrs ahed is a temple. Go to the farm behind the temple. This is on a route taken by the peacocks to go for grazing in the... More

Extremely bad experience. We went in to look at the place and had lunch. Lunch was OK.The rooms were clean, but the toilets stank. We wanted to leave and after paying for lunch proceeded to leave (Lunch was Rs.150/- per head, jowari bhakris were too thick and badly cooked) but were stopped at the gate, since there was supposedly an entry...
