We were expected something smaller. What we found was something huge and majestic and worth exploring. We walked all the way to the top. Wear comfortable shoes because it is a long way to the top but well worth the walk. This is a must see if you are in Aurangabad.

Very impressive site with 5 levels of protection and a black laberynth before reaching the top. Indians use it as a place for pic nic thus is very dirty. Try to go on Sundays as the atmosphere is more relaxed than other days. Be prepared to climb to the very top

Literally dug from a mountain, this fort is interesting. Especially its Bhul bulaiaya which is a bit scary to pass even today in torchlight
