Locals don't really interact much. They seem to maintain distance. There are not many accommodation options. We stayed at MTDC and the room and food was strictly... More

This holiday resort is nestled in the Sahyadri range of Western Ghats and is about 4 hours drive from Mumbai. As someone in our group pointed... More

Went there on 27th July 2013. The drive from Mumbai upto Ghoti is great and the road deteriorates there after. It is strictly a monsoon destination. The roads have been damaged by rain and the last 15 - 20 kms are in a bad shape. The place is serene and beautiful and crowed like Lonavala. The Wilson dam was not... More

All nature lovers, hurry up and visit the place before it transforms in any other tourist destination. Do not plan it as a tourist destination and waste your time seeing points, instead just wander around, stop wherever you want and enjoy unpolluted nature. Do not expect hustle bustle of a regular tourist destination. Bhandardara is a small little place with... More
