Ganpati Phule, is know for "Swayumbhu" Natural occurrence of Lord Ganesh on a Treek Bark located right on the beach. Beaches are very clean, beautiful with strong waves currents, however good for swim and fun. Ganpati Phule, is very sacred place, accommodation is usually in Dharamshalas or MTDC resort. Per night cost can vary from very cheap to high price.... More

To welcome the new year 2014, we planned a family trip to Ganpatipule from 01 Jan to 03 Jan 2014. We travelled in our self driven car (Maruti Esteem) from Pune to Ganpatipule. After visiting Ganpatipule it was hard for us to comprehend why people flock around Goa leaving these spectacular beaches. One single most reason which comes to my... More

The Ganpatiphule beach is a nice stretch exactly opposite to the famous Ganpatiphule temple. It's a clean beach and well maintained. There are eatery stalls nearby aswell near the temple. Nice place to visit especially due to it's proximity to the temple

We had taken a train to Ratnagiri fron Goa and from Ratnagiri station we took an auto rickshaw to the Ganpati Phule Beach. We had stayed at the MTDC guest house as it had the best view of the sea from the rooms. The room was big enough and the balcony was large. the monsoon made our stay very pleasant.... More

Ganpati Phule Beach is very clean and serene particularly when it is accessed from MRDC stay area side. It is a very long beach with white clan sand, most beautiful sunset and wonderful sea breeze. Worth going there atleast once.

recently went to ganpatiphule. beach is dirty and crowded.MTDC guest house has badly kept rooms.the toilets need serious attention.suggestion:find another beach resort. the only saving grace about this place is hotel ''SAMIR''.great food, cooked by ladies of the house.

We visited this place from Dec 31, 2011 till Jan 2, 2012 and stayed there in a hotel close to MTDC hotel. Although the hotel rooms and facilities are passable, the reason for visiting this place is the Ganpati temple and the serene beach. We had local Maharashtrian veg. food which was good. We are looking forward to our next... More
