Stayed here for 1 night only in Oct 2013 at a government guest house due to the late arrival of the AIr India flight preventing the timely departure to Kadmat Island. On the plus side it presented an opportunity to look around Agatti island before heading onto Kadmat at 4am! Since then speedboats are now available for the transit to... More

At the outset I would like to admit that our one day visit to Agatti Island was forced one due to cancellation of our flight due to technical reasons. We were left standard without accommodation and food. Finally got one shut resort open, where the caretaker very graciously allowed us one nights stay. He did manage to get us food... More

Dont expect extravagant services or food. Good but Very basic hotel services. Comfortable. The place is amazingly beautiful with clear waters, greenery. Great place to just lie on the beach and enjoy the beauty of a lagoon with corals that can be seen from the beach. Turtles sometimes come to the beach,

Collection of tiny islands surrounded by long stretches of lagoons! The water is so crystal clear that you can see turtles swimming in the water from flight! Beware you need special permission to land in Agatti (yes, even if you are an Indian!). The private resort in Bangaram is closed down, what still operates is a pleasant Govt guesthouse. We... More
