I only took 3 classes while I was in Varkala, all with Haridas. I was a total beginner, but the instructor took the time with each student to really push them as far as they could. Yoga is fun and very relaxing. They are many yoga club you can join. It is easy join in on the beach in the morning or late in the afternoon when the sun has cooled down.

I had a great class with Haridas. He did great adjustments taking me right to the edge but not over it. Nice air conditioned shala. Highly recomment having a class - especially if you are the only one which I was!!

this yoga is ok, but they teach sivananda style which means 12 asanas and everyday is the same thing, which means that you do not get any individual attention if you are a begginer

Knowledgeable instructor, good vibe in the class. My husband, a complete yoga beginner, was doing headstands and wheel poses by his second class!

I like the fact that Haridas was supportive and engaged though it was only my first yoga experience. Now I feel comfortable about going further into it.

drop in classes for every level and experience. I loved the way Haridas keeps a new chalenge each new lesson for everyone. I learned a lot during this practices. Especially the optimism with which he teaches us to do Mayurasana / peacock pose. Enjoy and just try!

Amazing experience, great teacher. Yoga is soft and challenging, but respecting our limits. I would totally recommend it!
