The place is well maintained, and gives a breath of fresh air in the city. The mandap has this peculiarity of echoing your claps when in middle. The zoo has got a lot... More

The building itself is an interesting piece of Architecture. The exhibits relating to the past is so ordinary and displayed in an uninspiring way. But it gives an insight to the history of Kerala.

I didn't go inside the museum because it was Monday and they were closed on Mondays. But walking around the building was good enough. Very beautiful building.

Nice place to visit after going to the zoo. You get to see different statues from different era. However, they could improve the museum by providing more details on the exhibits.

Very limited, but interesting if you are the kind of person who likes history , Liked the Malabar history and the detailing of some art works too. Facilities around the property could have improved. Parking is expensive like crazy inside

Napier Museum is with in the park/botanical garden in the compound of Zoo in Thiruvananthapuram. Chances are high to miss this as from the entry & exit gates this museum is not visible. The museum houses lot of archaeological and historic artefacts, ancient ornaments, bronze idols, temple chariot, carvings and much more.

This museum is located inside the Trivandrum zoo complex. Visiting time 10:00 am to 04:45 pm and Wednesday 01:00 PM to 04:45 PM. Entry FeeRs.20/. The Museum is good with mostly the personal collections of Travancore Royal Family. From outside the building is very beautiful. All the collections of the museum squeezed into a small place.
