For people who have never an elephant before, it must be a great experience. But for people who have already an experience with elephants, it is nothing special and compared to my other experiences, we were too rushed for everything: the ride was fast and not enough off the beaten track, washing the elephant lasted 5 minutes, feeding the elephant... This is not advised for young children and lamb hearted . Elephant ride is also not a comfortable journey also the seating and harness also not comfortable. still the junction provides a wonderful insight into the life and experience with the tuskers.. Be careful when dealing with elephants...alwayskeep distance and maintain low profile..no provocations..

We were disappointed by this, no real 'interaction' as we'd hoped, just a very cursory log moving demonstration, 25 minute ride and the opportunity to feed an elephant a few pieces of fruit - we looked at the elephant bath, but it was really more like a circus trick so we missed it out. Expensive, too. Maybe children would enjoy... More

this elephant shower park lets you a 20 -25 minute ride on an elephant. you can also witness an elephant shower itself while u r seated on its back. however, there are timings for this. you need to reach before 4pm. It is a little costly but good for the kids

I visited here on 10th March, this is a well mentioned place, dense green and the elephants are also in good conditions, however this place seams to be a little costly comparatively the other elephant parks/ junctions near the Periyar lake offers the same options in less costing, better check other option before opting. Also 1 thing that I think... More

Elephant ride- about 25 minutes, fed the elephants- watched how trained elephant can move trees and bathed/let them spray us with water- different packages for activities. We were lucky- few tourists that day but the staff say it can get VERY busy and they have to push people through quickly- get there early!

pls beware of touts during your visit and plan ahead with right information. Touts are very common phenomeon here and they fleece tourist with sub standard products/rides, especially during safari/spice plantation visit. the elephant ride is decent but good for kids only. The elpehant trudes through a well carved path and beyond first 5 minutes, no fun. Its pretty expensive,... More

Charging too much for the small tour, and also you need to wait long for it. Dont take special tour for sightseeing, better do only elephant ride and thats it.
