Lovely, serene and beautiful beach. Very clean and less visited. But its worth going because the landscape is very pretty. But the waves are quite high and dangerous therefore you have to be extra cautious. It is advisable not to take a bath by going deep inside; especially keep kids away from the waves.

It is an awesome view at the evening. A place where you can sit and dream during day time. Nice to be there in evenings. The place seems to be very busy with some kind of programs most of the time. Time flies when you are there. Good place to visit.

Frankly speaking nothing done here other than leaving it as a plain beach which in turn may be its beauty- not advised during rainy season other than stay nearby and watch the sea as can be strong waves and dirty

A great beach to visit in the evening, but all history buffs be warned: you mustn't go there expecting to see anything at all related to Vasco Da Gama, the Portuguese explorer who discovered the sea route to India from Europe by landing at this very beach in 1498. Kappad Beach is around seventeen kilometres from Kozhikode city, from where... More
