The Neo-Dravidian-style Vidhana Soudha is the seat of the state legislature while the red Attara Kacheri houses the High Court. Although not open to public, you can still go almost near the building and take photographs. Great piece of architecture. Just opposite to Vidhan Soudha main gate, you can see Karnataka High Court.

This is where state political activities happen. It's a visit of pass-by only for this old building which is good.

Since its a seat of government you really cannot go inside but watch this beautiful building ... the area is serene but only on some days (prefer Sunday) or at some times (early morning or early afternoon)

Access was not possible, but we viewed this array of buildings and offices from various parts of the road and were impressed by the filigree stonework and design of these buildings. The main offices were topped by the three lions - the symbol of India.
