Wow! really an very good place to be seen in Bangalore. I have been here in Bangalore since 4 years, but never went there. thanks to my cousin, who initiated this!! everything was clean, unless like other ZOO's/Parks. The highlighting part is the safari ride, where you will be really excited to see, Lion/Lioness, Tiger, bear, elephants very closer than... More

Bannerghatta zoo has very limited animals... and the safari is also boring as they take us in the bus which is similar to a cage... GooD for children not for adults

This features high on my list of things to do that I suggest out of station guests (after the regular city sights of course). I would not call it a National Park in the traditional sense, it is more a hybrid between a jungle and a zoo. Except here, you are in a cage (bus) whereas the animals roam outside,... More

We reached early afternoon. We can opt for a Safari, Zoo entry and Butterfly park entry. But it costed too much for us and the safari was not really worth. Also, it depends upon the driver of your safari bus. Our driver was in a hurry and did not even stop for a minute for us to make a good... More

This week, visited the Bannerghatta National Park for the first time, had been wanting to do this for a long time but some how had to change plans on account of the distance from home and several other factors. None the less finally decided to brave this trip with my mother and two children (aged 5 & 3). We booked... More

This is a must go place in Bangalore. There you could see animals roaming free in wildlife. Lion, tiger, bear could be seen there. Travel was done in a covered bus. My kids were very excited to see the animals coming in front of the bus. In this park there is a zoo, which is good. A butterfly park, which... More

The place is a stone's throw from Bangalore. You can spend your time in the zoo, butterfly park or in the safari. The zoo is not well maintained and very crowded, which is the last choice to do there. The butterfly park is good. The safari is good, but the animals are not in their natural habitat with a cage,... This park is over 25k acres and has a zoo, a butterfly park, and boating. You can also go on a safari but remember that it is a safari with a difference - will see many tigers lazing around because you are not in the wild any more - it is a huge cage that you are in, inside the... More
