I visited the park with my family on 19th April, 2014 morning. The time of my jeep safri was fixed for 11.30 am so we visited the zoo at 10 am. We loved the leopards, elephants, ostrich, emus, macaws, wild dogs, blackbucks and the jackals. The zoo staff was busy chasing away the monkeys with slingshots as they steal the food... More

We had an exciting safari where we were able to witness the Bengal tiger and the white tiger in an almost wild environment. According to Wikipedia, the white tiger at this park is not considered albino since they produce some form of pigment. We were also able to see deer, elephants, lions and bears. All in all, it was a... More

Going with a family of 3, the trip was fun, especially the safari. I liked the way the visitors were made to sit in shaded areas - allotted to each bus trip. It was a short wait and the buses (non a/c - the air conditioned buses were not available) were a very standard safari type arrangement. 'Good' view seats... More

Its a must visit simply because you can see Tigers and Lions roaming around freely, while you are seated inside a protected mini bus. Often the Tigers come really really close, and that is an experience not to be missed.

To start with although it is supposed to be caged the area reserved for each wild animal has been increased... making it more airy and room space for the animals. So kids can get introduced to real life wild animals...trekking down the zoo are for seeing other animals also is a good experience... many have been adopted too... there r... More

Me and my family visited the park in April 2014 and it was a nice experience. The Snakes and Birds are well maintained and it is a treat to watch some of the birds in the Zoo. However, the water animals are in a pathetic condition and it is shocking to see the conditions that some of the animals are... More
