I found this place over hyped. It was like we went there just to tick it off our list. The best part was the drive! I would recommend going here only for the drive!

A mysterious and miraculous play by Nature. One must know basics of magnetism to understand it. A long solid, reddish rocky mount along Indus near confluence of Rivers Indus and Zanskar,it is refreshing and lovely interview with nature.

Not much of the magnetic hill is present now. they have shut it down due to many accidents that happen. There is no magic just the contour of the place makes it look like an uphill slope when actually it is downhill or viceversa.

Did not work on our car. Its a waste of time visiting this place. There is nothing magnetic about this place technically as well.

We stopped the bike at the mentioned point and the bike started slowly picking the pace till 70km/Hr. One of the best roads to drive not even a single pot hole on the road . Feels like we are on some lonely planet with no one around. BRO does really a great job in maintain the roads.

whatever is said about this place is true.. the hills do have a magnetic pull. My advice, if you are trying to test this with your car, take it uphill backwards

Their is no need to climb hill. There is a road in the front of Magnetic Hill where the vehicle drive its own at the speed of 10-15km/hr. Very interesting and scientific thing. The location near by is very good for photos.

Although Magnetic Hill is a fantasy, one can have the Himalayan terrain views. Try solving the 'Magnetism' of the hill using any Level meter app on your smartphone !!
