Went to this amazingly beautiful lush green meadow place on 19th July, 2014. A dam..lake....naturally flowing DoodhGanga. There is one Kashmir Tourism restaurant there. Its 100% scenic beauty and Dood ganga is awesome cool and white water... horse riding is also good very open place and feels fresh air everywhere. Must Go There !!!!!!

Visited this place after visiting Aru valley and Sinthan pass, dint find this place as good but it is beautiful nonetheless. It is a long drive though. Can be skipped.

We had a free day in srinagar - and the choice was between Sonmarg and Yousmarg. Our driver recommended Yousmarg - and i'm glad we listened to him. this place is best to experience nature.It is very calm and peaceful.not many tourist coming to kashmir visit this beautiful place so its less crowded.doodh ganga river visit is must.its An offbeat destination.

The nature was best! simple and pure view from the hotel is breath taking! When we arrived it rained 2 days! it was cold. Heater was not working. We had blankets lots. But they could not work the heater nor change it! There was power-cut also. Some backup but no use to heating. People who help there are very warm... More

unbeliveable, but very true and fascinating , this is the GODLY place with lush green meadows , rivulets running down and horses roamoing freely. Worth to stay for one night at least since it is near to Srinagar

it is best part of visiting around srinagar. nice landscape. try talking a walk around than horse you will enjoy.

Beautiful valley, full of grass, surrounded by mountains and trees. You will love the view and place if you dont have to deal with Ponywala (horsemen).
