Probably the best pace in Kashmir. Although the road to Yusmarg is not that good but the drive is worth it once you see the beauty of this place. This place is absolute delight. It is very calm and peaceful. I visited in April and there was snow all around with good amount of greenery as well. Unfortunately couldn’t reach... More

We visited Yousmarg while on a short trip to Kashmir. Initially we had planned to do Sonmarg but eventually decided to go to Yousmarg. This place is around 2 hours drive from Srinagar. You can also visit the Charar-e-Sharif shrine on the way. The place is as said in the earlier reviews a mix of Gulmarg and Pahalgam. The drive... More

its indeed a great place. It has a very good looking landscape. You can get the beauty of both Gulmarg & Pahelgam. I should recommend all to have a visit here. We visited during April'14 and there is a mixture of green and white.

This place is still under development. Other than constructional activities there is wet mud due to rain. So diffcult to move around. The "Pony wall" hassle is there as with othere sites gulmarg, sonmarg. This place is combination of pehalgam and gulmarg. will definatly awsome after development (2-3 years).

A little remote from the main tourist areas but very much worth a visit for the beauty of the forest and stream. Take your strolling shoes.

We have visited Yousmarg on first week of March, milk white every where, the adjacent Irrigation reservoir was frozen, heavenly view. En-rout one can view the glimpses of the snow peaks.Less visitor is the blessing. An amazing place. You should include it in your trip or will miss a real beauty of Kashmir.

Visited in the first week of March. Only snow around. No Pony wallah's, No sledge wallah's and no tourist traps! Walked and played in the snow. Appreciated the beauty of the mountains and valleys around. Enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere!

An offbeat destination near Srinagar. Only 50 Km. away, quiet and tranquil. A serene place just to chill and relax. Not many activities available nearby. Just mountains, lake and cottages to stay. Weather tip: Don't go in rainy season. It sometimes rains the 2-3 days continuously. You cannot go out and landslide is a risk. Hotel tip: JKTDC has its... More
