Cliche words like beautiful, breathtaking fail to describe the appeal of Yusmarg. One of the best valleys. Not too crowded. Remember to bargain for the pony rides.

A lovely place for a day outing in a green and peaceful setting. Like all of the Kashmiri Hill Stations, a must-see and a great location for a picnic.

maybe it was the over-abundance of locals which marred our experience, but it was crowded. Mostly because it was a sunday. The place was beautiful nevertheless. A steep rocky walk down to the stream was pleasant.

Please do visit this place. This is not frequented by travelers and is still holds its virgin charm. It beats Switzerland in beautiful views. Don't miss it in your itinerary.
