Van vihar in Bhopal is good and in Manali it is not so extraordinary to visit but it is a peaceful place for relaxation and calmness

Very peacefull place. If you need some rest and loves nature, you should go there and can spent a huge amount of time there. Kids also love this place.

it's just wood of pine tree nothing else to look-out here and no activity....if u have leisure time u can take walk and take some photo,,,if you are local than only this makes sense to have nice picnic spot other wise for outsiders it's not gr8 place to visit

In the market nice place to visit as manali is full of nature but if yu are travelling with aged people this is nice place for them easily reachable.

It is very near the main market, good for relaxing, for a few say 30 to 40 minutes.Kids will love since there is big open space, little boating also one can do.

Good for relaxation... Children can play around n get some rides otherwise nothing Xcited.. Place is full of pine trees...good to go in warm weather

There are 2 Van Vihars - one near the main market & the other behind Hadimba Temple. Both are beautiful, have lovely walk ways. The one near the market is along river Beas & also has a small pond where paddle boats are available. The one behind Hadimba Temple is more interesting of the two. It's really tranquil inside the... he area today serves as the green lung for Bhopal City. Although, having status of a National Park, the Van Vihar is developed and managed as a modern Zoological Park, following the guidelines of the Central Zoo Authority. There are about 207 species of birds, 60 species of butterfly; animals like tiger, leopard, hyena, Sloth bear, lion, sambar, chital, etc.... More

Van Vihar National Park is one of the most frequented attractions in Manali. Located favourably on the Mall Road.Walk around with your loved ones.there is a small artificial lake and after some walking distace you can go to near to Beas river capture snap.
