If you are in Manali, do try moutain biking to Jana Falls. The trail to the Jana falls is breathtaking. There are some climbs on the way but it's all worth when you reach the top. I signed up for this as part of an adventure activity I'd managed to arrange from the hotel staff.

The falls here is beautiful and people who visit here loves to have food near the falls or on the water flowing ground. That is the only specialty here. Mostly drivers are not interested to take people out here because many gets disappointed . May be the falls is not as big as you imagine , but the location, the... More

This is a fantastic waterfalls that is situated around 20 kms away from the heart of the city. Most taxi drivers will ask you not to go there because these is nothing special about it. That is absolute rubbish! The waterfalls are situated among dense forests and are very very beautiful. There is a open air cafe on the waterfalls... More

People should stop calling it falls, they can say Water outlet.. You can get some snaps here while returning from Solang valley or Rohatang. The view opposite to falls is also good. And there is shawdow on the Road, so you can stand there and get good pic with Himalayas in background. But the road is narrow in this place,... More

I drove to Jana Waterfall on a rented Enfield, about 35 km from manali (took around 1.5 hr one way). The water fall doesnt really offer much, but the road to get there was pretty cool (from Naggar to Jana). There are some good views on the way when you climb up the mountain, you can stop by and take... More

The falls are so not happening and the place is dirty. Though you would get good local food. Thats the main usp. Otherwise a drive all the way up there is not worth it. If you wanna go anyway, do have the local thali sitting up, next to the falls
