If there is no Snow or proper ice then there is no sense in going to this place. As watching snow and paragliding is the major thing u can do .. and all the paid stuff are very very expensive which you can do at approx 30-40% of the cost in your local city at-least in my city for sure.

Without snow (we visited at the end of april), its just a dirty patch of land. Even otherwise, most of what you can do here has to be paid for and seemed costly.

Nice large valley with uniform trees around. A trekking chance to the Shiva temple which is just below the waterfall. The Rope way is breathtaking. Paragliding is little risky as the rescue facilities are lacking. Horse riding and speed vehicles are nice.

If you wish to use ropeway(Rs 500 per person) then come here. Paragliding is one other thing. Rs 3000 for high fly. The place is dirty with bottles and plastic bags all around.

Nice place for paragliding. Rs 1000 for medium lift - 30 seconds and Rs 3000 for a 5 min lift. The ropeway is overhyped but the place is beautiful.
