I have lots of childhood memories of Mata Mansa Devi temple. It is a deeply spiritual place, but yes it is bustling with devotees most of the time. Mata Mansa Devi is the Goddess of wishes & desires. Hence the throngs of people, especially during Navratri festival. The landscape is beautiful and clean (PLEASE KEEP IT THAT WAY). You can... More

This complex is located in a spacious semi-hilly area near Panchkula Chandigarh. You climb stairs to have darshan of Mansa Devi- meaning the Goddess who fulfills your desires.

This sanctum sanatorium is for those with ardent faith in Hindu Goddess Ma Vaishnodevi Devi powers. The words to describe the temple are - serene and pure. The moorti is so eye catching that one can continue gazing at it - very powerful and it's so easy to get connected. The Jai mata di chants were equally mesmerizing. Highly recommended

We visited while coming back from the 7 devi tour just after the navratras, its a nice big temple, where devotees can get Maa's blessing. It is nearby chandigarh and unlike other shakti peeths this is not on a hill or height, so quite easy to visit. Be advised the temple closes sharp at 9:00 pm.

People regards this temple as very sacred place. There is big rush during Navratras. So be careful while visiting this temple during Navratras.
