A decent place for a family get to gather but not well maintained. Place is really in a rough shape. A disappointment in total for all that pain that you take to reach Kabir Vad.

Kabirvad is an island where there is a big banyan tree. It can be reached by boat from main land near Bharuch. It is a popular picnic spot and is good spot for week end holiday. Normally people go there in the morning, pass the whole day and return in the evening. One should be careful with children going in... More

It was nice place for bathing in the river before few years but now there is lot of mud and the water is stagnant and hence not clean to bath. The forestry is good to visit, nice temple and surroundings. Boat sailing experience is also bonus for this place.

Very nice place to visit near Bharuch. You will need a boat to reach the other side of the river where major attractions lie. Worth visiting.

This place has loads of greenery, offers peaceful environment. We took a small boat which took about 7-10 mins to cross river. When we reached their first thing you will notice is stalls near entrance. It does have little beach kind of effect , but that is it....once you enter the actual site....you might notice the strange smell...which is nasty... More
