If you are fit to walk long distances, I would just you do a rail trek like we did! Otherwise, cabs are also available. Visit only after the peak monsoon sets in, otherwise you would be underwhelmed! Though recently with stoppages of local trains near the falls, the cleanliness of the place has been compromised a lot. People litter and... More

We went to see Dudhsagar waterfalls with HATS group from Hyderabad during rainy season. We took Kacheguda-Vasco train and the plan was to get down at Castle Rock station and trek towards the water falls along the railway track. But unfortunately the police were not allowing anyone to trek to Dudhsagar falls as there were few accidents happened in last... More

This is one the most beautiful water fall i have ever visited. it's huge , it's beautiful, your all hard work to reach this place will be paid off , once you see this. Always go in group. it's a long track. You can even find small snake on the railway tracks. Be careful of that. While returning you can... More

To visit this fall one must go by jeeps available at the entrance at a cost that takes 6 people + driver or there are special motorcycles available to reach a part of this heavenly falls .Mind it ...It is a bumpy ride through waters and rocky roads to reach this place. It involves a small trek of 15 mins... More

Superb scenery, well worth the trip from Goa. Make sure you pay the extra to the driver for going to Devils Canyon. The waterfalls are amazing and great place for swimming to cool off, but for me Devils Canyon is even better, as not so many people visit this bit & the natural pool there is superb for diving in... The place is open throught the year. Best time of visit during the monsoon. The waterfall just awesome. If you like treaking nothing like it. During moonsoon the river gets flooded and cuts the acess road. Then the locals ply two wheelers and commute visitors via the railway track. Not advisable with elderly and young kids in case of heavy... More
