For only 2.50$ it is not very expensive and it's invites you to come back again. It's a nice small zoo with a mixure of animals

Nice place with lots of shade and nice landscaped areas, but the cages are way too small. For children its OK since they can't evaluate the animals' living conditions . Not impressed at all.

If you are in town I recommend you the zoo, you will have a good time. We took our small child and he was so happy with the animals. It is clean and big. Gift shop lady is very friendly.

My 10 yr old loves the train ride. The fact that the zoo is close by makes it even better. Great place to meet up and have a picnic.

Nice little zoo. It takes maybe 2 hours to walk through everything. Not a huge place but very nice nonetheless. I would certainly recommend stopping by, good 1/2 day trip. Nice little park next door.

We were there with impatient children who wanted to go to the play area nearby, so didn't get to see all the animals. You can by food for the many different water foul, a big hit with the little ones. There are a few wild American animals there as well. The play park is great for children.

A zoo that's easy to get around. Take a nice stroll here. See all kinds of ducks, a couple of mountain lions, mountain goats...

The zoo is a place to rehabilitate "broken/sick/hurt" animals - a worthy undertaking here in the desert.

I loved it for a quick lunch break while I was working in the area. Go early between 10:30-11:30, they all come out for morning snacks. (If the squirrels & wild birds don't beat them to it).
