Visited the park in early April (start of summers, good sunlight) and would recommend a visit in summer months only and early morning as well. There were a lot of colorful butterflies along with a lot of other insects. A good place to visit.

Butterfly Park in Sector 26,Chandigarh brings a touch of colour, the park is spread over an area of 7 acres with a meticulous landscaping. It offers a tranquil haven of peace and nature's wonders,as multi-coloured butterflies flit all around. Special care has been taken to create a good habitat for butterflies. A must visit place in Chandigarh.

Nothing much here except some trees and bushes, just an occasional sight of butterflies. Not worth spending time.
