Every visit to the Hanuman (or Mahavir, as it's more popularly called) temple adds to my belief in the positive powers of Bajrang Bali. What adds to the spiritual experience is the way the place is maintained. Located at the Patna Junction, with crowds milling at all times, the management has done well to ensure the huge premises are maintained... More

It was a soul purifying experience in itself to attend the Aarti . The mesmerizing Sound of the temple bell accompanied with Chanting of the aarti was simply awesome. Only concern was the slippery floors and stairs of the temple during the monsoon. Rest was one of the places to visit for travellers with holy sentiments.

One of the iconic structure at Patna and one must visit this place. It hasn't been kept well, still there is something different about this temple which attracts you time and again. Don't forget to buy laddoos from the shop inside the temple, worth it.

This place of worship is just bank opposite the Patna Railway station. All sorts of transport is easily available. Keep your shoes free of cost under watchful eyes. Go Inside the temple & to your left is the counter where you can purchase Besan Laddu as an offering to Lord Hanumanji.

Patna has the best of all religions....be it Patna Sahib for sikhs, hanuman mandir for hindus, budha smarak for budhists etc. This place gives you peace of mind and relaxes you to core. Only piece of advise would be 'beware of pickpocketers'. Carry change to donate.
