Looks awesome but was damanged and closed

The cyclone Hud Hud has damaged this one of a kind museum and was closed. However, it looked awesome from the outside. Hope they are able to repair it soon.

A real sub. Its amazing inside. How often do we get a chance to visit inside a U boat. They charge 50 bucks for camera which nobody pays and everybody clicks photo using cell phone.

Going inside the huge and almost 100 metres long submarine makes your heart fill with pride for our Indian Navy and its personnel who do the most dangerous job in the world as a submariner. The guides are retired submariners from the Indian Navy and are more than happy to answer your queries.

Property is really well maintained, with efficient guides. However, if u r more than 6ft in height, it'll be a little difficult for you at the deepest section of the submarine. Moreover, if the place is crowded, I will advice Chronic Asthma patients not to enter. They may fill discomfort. Must take a Camera pass, else u may repent to... More

We were given a very informative guided tour of INS Kurusura and it is well worth a look, just to see how submarines work, the cramped quarters. If you have claustrophobia or don't like small spaces then give it a skip.

Wont take more than 20 mins to see. One time see event. It take you through the typical feel of old submarine and the living and working conditions. Its not something to regret if you miss visiting it.

We could not get inside the submarine due to a power shutdown following the week. Its huge and a gigantic vessel.
