This is a great place to spend few time to see the nature's creativity. I really like this place. It took approx 2 hrs to cover the area. This is one of the largest in the country, about 705 m (2,313.0 ft). It's depth is about 80 m (262.5 ft). There are several legends inside the caves like, cow, grazing... More

We went with APTDC to Borra Caves, and what a place. A must see for those heading to Araku. The grand entrance to the caves itself is a treat to watch. A walk to the end of the cave is an experience that I'll never forget. Only the lighting inside could have been better.

Majestic natural wonder. Seeing is believing - cannot be described and seeing is believing. Nature at its best. Must see if are around Vizag. Avoid holiday crowd. We had to walk for more than 4 Km due to traffic Jam due unrulely croud parking vehicles in haphazard manner and blocking the roads. No traffic control by patrol cops.

The caves were deep and great. Would be a great visit during an off season. There were formations of stalagtites and stalagmites.

One fabulous cave I'd say. Its too deep down and there's a point where you will stand right below the Vizag - Araku train line running above the earth surface. The cave is well lit and maintained. There's a natural sky light at one place in the cave and that's good photo stop too. All together a very nice experience.

Liked: The journey inside the caves, and seeing the point which is some thousands of feets below where Railway tracks are laid - the stalactites and stalagmites Disliked: Dont travel on a long weekend - if stuck in traffic jam it could be for 3 hours

easily one of the best caves in India. The only downside is the hike back up...lol... They need to make a toilet somewhere near the facility
