A very special attractive place, a new experience of a very big cave, you cannot explain anybody by writing, they should visit and experience themselves to get the immense joy of a cave. The inside of the cave with hanging limestone structures from top is mesmerizing. The stairs leading to the inside of the cave and the associated experience is... More

We left Sai Kripa Beach Resort at 0900 on 12th July for Araku Valley , Borra Caves , etc . We reached one sq km sized , million years old Borra caves , 95 km away from Visakhapatnam , the landscape around which was abundant with mica , hilly and wild at 1145 . Though the best way to visit... More

Not so great. Average kind. You might get disaapointed if you are too enthusiastic for going there. One may pay a visit if you have never been to a limesone cave, if you have been, can skip this one.

The caves are a great attraction around Vishakhapattnam. Its a bit far though. I booked a private car and it charged us around 3000 rupees for the round trip to Araku Valey and Borra Caves. The place runns quite deep thus if you are not much of a walker, avoid this place. You won't have to hike around stones or... More

One of the best place to visit with family. The best way to reach is by train or car.Borra Caves or Borra Guhalu (odiya) is a natural cave and the rocks here are mostly Limestone/marble/granite. It has beautiful stories regarding its discovery and findings inside.

These are one of the best caves that I visited. They are large caves and nice structures formed out of lime stone. Situated near a beautiful Aruku valley, please ensure you take the rail route to reach the caves. The several tunnels along the route are excellent. Several movies have been shot in these caves and now government has put... More

Best if you go all by yourselves..... as the guides will rush you through..... enjoy the spectacular views of water deposited rocks Stalagmites on the ground & the beautiful Stalactites on the ceiling of the caves...... some vague formation of rocks resembling shiva-linga & other gods can be seen as well....
