It is believed that the Lord resided here 6 months post his marriage and hence it is called Kalyana Venkateswaraswami. People believe that a visit to this temple would help those who are wanting to... More

This temple will have moderate crowd most of the times. Darshan would be very good as usually you will give a minute or two to look at the diety.

After 30 minutes of timed travel uphill admiring nature, you suddenly reach the bustling pilgrimage site. After finding the "Special Darshan" gate for foreigners, your passport is your "fast forward" in a queue of thousands of people, who came to worship the famous last avatar of Vishnu. The lines are well organized yet somewhat claustrophobic. You definitely cannot be afraid... More

This temple is located just 12 to 15 Kms to the West of Tirupathi. This place is called as Srinivasa Mangapuram. This is a very big temple and not much crowded like Tirumala Hills. Good parking facilities available. The temple is blessed with the presence of Lord Venkateswara and his wife.As the name indicates, it carries a lot of significance... More

This is the most spacious Vaishnava Temple that I have visited in and around Tirupati especially w.r.t parking and open space available. The lord is his majestic and awesome self in this Avatara. Another advantage of this wonderful temple is its proximity to the Chandragiri Hills, which is the 2nd walking path (after alipiri) to Tirumala. The total walk takes... More

Been to Balaji and blessed. I took following route from Chennai Chennai--Thirvallur--Thiruhani--Puttur--Tirupati. This route is Ok compared to via TADA that is too long. For this route in Google maps, it bypass Thiruhani hence select manually partially selecting routes.
