I alongwith my family visited during last week Jan 2016. The temple surrounding are clean and maintained well compared to the visit i had last time say around 06 years back. If you are driving uphill on your own vehicle, keep aside around 20 minutes & reschedule your timing for Tirumala, as at the entry gate, Alipiri toll plaza the... More

A must for any one who believes the Lord Venkateswara. One can book darshan on line now a days. Advance booking facility thro internet only. Current darshan booking depends on the slots available and one should be present 24 hours in advance.

advance Booking for darshan is recommended. For added adventure also choose to go uphill on foot. 8.5kms track from Alipiri will take 3 to 4 hours.

We went for 300 rs darshan, Dhoti is compulsary now for 300 rs darshan. So please plan to pack dhoti as part of your luggage. In case you forget, there are shops and people selling average quality dhotis near the entry point. Be prepared to walk a lot for the 300rs entry point. If you are depositing any luggage/mobile/chappals, be... More

It's one of the most popular temples in south india and attract visitors from all corners of india. However, you'll find more local (Nearby towns and cities) visitors during off-season and darshana is quite easy. However, during peak time, wait time can several hours in normal entry. There is special darshana scheme called Shighra Darshanam which cost INR300 and can... More

I went to this temple from Vellore. Reaching Tirupati, we climbed upstairs about 3600 steps and it took us 4-5 hrs. After reaching the top, we had to wait abt 1.5 hrs as the darshan timings had not started. Before reaching the main place, you will have to go through a circuitous way and it would take a lot of...
