Took a flight from Mumbai to Chennai and then a cab to Tirupati Temple. The new system at the temple is so good that you can visit the temple and be back to chennai the same day. The whole process at the devastan has been very well streamlined and managed very nicely.

The kingdom of Lord Venkateshwara is beautiful and people spend lot many hours in ques to get a glimpse of him. I myself like the place and I am his fond believer. Its a different atmosphere over here, come and feel it to believe. I kind of feel bad as the spirituality quotient over here is measured by the ticket... More

Better choose to walk from Alipiri to the hilltop to catch the beautiful scenery. Also, it's better to book the tickets for Dharshan well in advance (for Rs. 3007- via online). Expect to wait in long crowded queues and stock yourself with enough food and patience. Also, don't miss to see other places around Tirumala like Vishnu Padham & Papavinasanam.

This is one temple, everyone wants to be there and a place which has multiple methods to get a darshan. Special Darshan, VIP darshan, Break Darshan, Seva Darshan, Walkers darshan, Sarva darshan etc. Except sarva darshan every thing has a fee component. Still this temple is so sought after, it is tough to get a darshan, though currently the authorities... More

We get Darshan only for 2 -3 seconds . Last lag of Darshan (last 15 -30 minutes ) is extremely discomforting for body as you get squeezed from every possible direction

Huge Crowds as expected and you can have a min waiting time of 2 hrs atleast. The ideal thing as recommended take a 300 rs seegra Darshan ticket report promptly and have a Divine Darshan.
