First be careful before starting your journey to this waterfall as its like around 80 kms away from tirupati. You have to start your journey early in the morning. There is bus at 7:00 AM (sorry forgot the bus stop, ask your travel Desk for help) which goes directly to the waterfall but if you miss it you will have... More

Trek to the top of the falls is the best part of the whole experience, the safety fencing is in place but we had to be care ful as the rocks were slippery. There are lot of monkeys around but no complains. I had been here with friends here in July but there was only less water at that time. It is recommended to walk there with shoes or sandals as the broken glass pieces of whisky bottles are scattered. The top waterfall is a bit dangerous because it's so slippery so not recommended for aged and ladies. One thing we least... More

I visited Talakona waterfalls with family as a day trip from Chittoor. The waterfalls was and way to it was lovely and beautiful. You will need to climb for ~30-40 min for getting closer to the waterfalls. Even the climb was comfortable (clear road and stairs were built) and through the greenery. After some climbing, you reach that point of... More
