I have to say, it's not very well maintained, but it's better than lot of zoos in India. I visited it very long back, may be they have made it a better place now. Don't expect a lot of animals, but it's not bad. One would definetely have fun, espicially if you're going with kids. More

The back part of the Zoo seems to be better than the front end. I would advise you to go all the way to the back and work forward. It gets very hot so bring the sun screen. Bottled Water and snacks are sold there More
