The Tank Bund serves as the traditional division between Hyderabad and Secunderabad. This man made lake is a wonderful place but has been marred by total negligence and lack of coordination between departments. Once a wonderful lake with fish is now reduced to a large drain.

Visit Tank Bund at your own risk.The water is dirty and the smell is horrible.You can see even foam and floating crap.Best to watch the view from a distance. Don't even dare to get onto a boat for a ride.

Its a very good place for hangout particularly for youngsters. sometimes bad smell but nice place to visit.

If you are looking for a good pleasant evening you can come by here. Dont expect it to be super clean, its not but its much better than most lakes in India. I like walking alongside and feeling the fresh breeze on your face. There are a number of joints where you can eat and pass your evening

Like the concept, but poorly maintained, facilities for tourists need improvement, state of parks, promenade & eateries upkeep could be supervised by the state

If you are interested and have energy to walk it is nice with a big pavement. You may find some satatues on the other end of the road.

Liked: the food, view and freshness of the place; Disliked: too much luna park kind of noise. All in all, a nice place to hang out with a view on the lake.

its a bit longer- the necklace road and tank bund road togethere. so better take a drive around. good roads. eat street is an option to eat.. a lot of options inside. parking is available just opposite to this.

Post 10:00 am to 3:00 pm can be tough with the heat. There are some gardens to relax around. The landscaping while nice needs to improve to nudge tourists to walk around. It is a nice land mark.
