Visited the palace in February 2016. The palace is actually a conglomerate of many palaces and was intended to be used as a place for various functions and to entertain the Guests of Nizam. The buildings are nicely preserved and the cleanliness is unprecedented. The palace is manned by Security staff who are strict but very soft spoken - a... More

Four palaces housing everything from yellow Rolls Royce to photos of Nizams hobnobbing us interesting. Transferred as alimony to the former wife of a Nizam heir, she is restoring parts of it. You have to wonder how spectacular this would be with no pigeons!

Really beautiful, R200 foreigner entrance fee worthwhile. This was my favoutite sight seeing place in Hyderabad. Its worth paying the extra camera fee here, I dont always. The grounds are also well maintained. Relax in garden with drink from small cafe.

The palace was simply mesmerizing. The palace originally covered 45 acres, but only 12 acres remain today. The palace has 2 courtyards, Darbar hall with enchanting chandeliers, garden and fountains. The RollsRoyce Silver Ghost is definitely a standout. Entry fee is INR 50 for Indians/INR 150 for Foreigners. Still Camera - INR 50. A must visit in Hyderabad.

Takes you back to the olden days grandeur, and lets you imagine what could have been the life style of the Kings of the past. Pretty well maintained and kindles your awe.
