Living in Hyderabad, I get a chance to visit the Palace every now and then especially when we have guests at home. I was there last week and was pleasantly surprised to see a new Quran Gallery open up (I am told it was close for years!). Great collection of the largest and smallest writings though photography is prohibited in... More

Great place to have an experience of life of Nizams. Palace is not that much old. Nice property but more maintenance is required.

Very less to see. The private residence is not open for public. Remaining part is good, but not that great. The vintage cars and garden is nice. I believe, other attractions should take precedence over this one on Trip Advisor ranking. Guide (is must) I’d suggest you to hire good guide from Hyderabad for whole day. And ask him to... More

It is always amazing to see how royalty lives or lived. This Palace is where the Nizams ruled for decades. The palace grouds are huge and well looked after, it's a pity the don't do the same for the vintage cars and carriages. You will find old relics just lying around the grounds subject just rooting away.

One of the many palaces of the erstwhile Nizam, the gardens are a beautiful sight and the display of vintage cars, the dining table and the chandeliers are all a sight to behold. The grandeur is missing but I guess this has to be expected after so many years plus the Nizams themselves are not there to supervise the maintenance.... More

A very good place to see in Hyderabad. If you visit Charminar then kindly visit this wonder too as it is barely 500 metres away from Charminar. It opens at 10 AM and it is the best time to view the palace artifacts. No crowd at that time till 2 PM. You can peacefully roam the premises and study each... More

its a average museum. Very less to see. one hall has excellent views of chandeliers. and one part is a sneap peak at vintage cars that are put inside a glass chamber. if you have time, then visit, but can give it a miss

The Place is nicely kept. Detals of all Nizam rulers are icely laid out. The weapons and cars are the best of this palace

I feel it is one of the most underrated tourist spots in Hyderabad, but it features great artifacts of Nizam history. It's a must visit as you get to witness the grand lifestyle of the Nizams. It's a huge place, and would definitely take half a day to do justice to the entire compound. The best attraction is obviously the... More

Very few people have discovered about this palace.thanks to my friend Smita who visited me in June, 2012 and insisted we must go to this palace. It's worth seeing. You get to see the vintage cars and bikes used by the Nizams of Hyderabad.I feel they need to maintain it well.We were not allowed to enter the private area where they hold...
