Absolutely loved the gardens, and the informality of the arrangements. Basically, you can wander around as you please for hours on end! There is an electric bus that will do you a very quick tour of the main areas, but it's well worth wandering off the beaten path to explore. A beautiful place.

Large and nice, much of the specimens are not easily accessed, and spots are weedy. Still, it's a pleasant walk and the seaside location is great. You will not find the signage too useful. Get a local guide. Clean, modern toilets, and there is a WiFi zone by the Administration building.

Visited these large gardens from a cruise ship and were very impressed. As it is up in the mountains you also have excellent views down to the coast. Facilities good and thoroughly enjoyable.

There just isn't much to do around Batumi so this is one of your few options. The paths... More
