Absolutely perfect and worse place to visit! Had passed its entrance many times, but for some reason never wanted to go inside, which finally came to be a mistake. Nice, clean and quiet, with lots of beautiful trees and flowers. Just go and see it yourself. Satisfaction guaranteed.

Visiting Batumi for the first time...and in September...my wife and I were a little sceptical about visiting their Botanical Gardens, even though we usually love such venues and we were told they were the second largest in the world (after California of course!) We could not have been more pleased. The organisation in these gardens is superb. Built into a... More

I'm not usually one for planned gardens but Batumi's botanical gardens were some of the best I've ever seen.

Unbelievably beautiful views and exotic plants from all over the world. You can feel as on the tropical island, north land or just where you, in Caucasus mnt same time. Amazing fresh air and warm memories will stay in you mind for long

It should be interesting for people who are knowledgeable about plants and stuff. Otherwise, it is just flowers and trees. But it definitely has a great view of the sea.

very beautiful and really worth to be visited, it's the most natural place I have seen, no pollution, no sounds but the nature..easily to be said that this is a haven on earth.

There was a 300 metre walk from our coach to the entrance (upper) and the downhill trip along the main path also goes up in places. You will get more out of this visit if you are fit. We found it pleasant to see the trees and plants but not riveting or enchanting and nowhere near as impressive as it's... More

Very old botanical garden, established in 1912! If you like walking - great place! if no - they have small club cars, so you can take tour around! Alnmost no flowers, but many beautifull trees and plans... People who take care about botanical garden live there and some of them selling fruits, chkhurchella - georgian sweet with nuts, so you... quite hilly if you don't like walking:-) take marshroutka 31 to go there (entrance lower park) if you are hungry, there is a basic but nice food place at the far end of the park lower park (old part) is nicer view-wise than the upper park
