We webt on this trail with our kids and gradkids, it takes slightly more than the 3 hours there and back they announced (more like 4 hours walking and an hour at the fall), but it is a lovely walk in the forest overlooking the ocean and the swim in the fall was well worth it, highly recommended.

The scenery is amazing. And Simone is the perfect guide! We loved it so much that we did it twice. The second time it was the longer tour with at least a couple dozen waterfalls going directly into the sea!! Vinaka Simone! Stanca & Cristian

I loved this hike. About an hour and half each way. Kayaks available if needed. View was spectacular and the falls took my breath away. For the not to eager hiker boat is available for the entire trip.

My wife and I stayed at the Lavena Lodge in October, 2014. Our cost at the lodge included admission to the Lavena Coastal Walk. We opted to hire a guide ($15 Fijian for two people), which was well worth it. Gabriel is an excellent guide. I told Gabriel that I really wanted to see an orange dove, a gorgeous bird... More

Absolutely loved this hike! It has some of the most picturesque views and breathtaking sites of our entire 3 weeks in Fiji. We actually did this hike twice in one week. Once we hiked it all the way there and back, just my husband and I. We talked to someone at the welcome center and they informed us that we... More

about one hour drive each way, then some 5 km walk to a brilliant setting. Make sure you hire a guide $15 worth every cent

Amazing hike and we were able to swim around the falls and slide down them. Simone was a great guide.

Beautiful hike, takes around 2h30 one way so plan your time smartly. They have a great hanging bridge and waterfall at the end is ok but not as great as the Bouma one. Still this is a fantastic hike!

Some folks hire a guide, but it's easy to follow the coastal path that meanders through lush rain forest. If a local asks you to 'come and have a rest' he may be about to whack open a fresh green coconut for a mere $2 Fiji. Delicious. The waterfall is picture postcard stuff...to swim right up to the falls you... More

A must see, it is Fiji beauty like few others! If you can, take a boat up the coast, waterfalls everywhere!
