My family and I went to Sharm last summer. It was one of the best places we had visited as we travel quite a bit. The locals were polite, and friendly. They appreciate the business they get from tourists. They can be a little pushy, but that is kind of the charm of it. We sat for at least an... more

We have just came back from 2 wks in naama bay sharm el sheikh, we had a fantastic time. We stayed at the Jolie Ville, right in the centre of naama bay, the hotel staff and beach staff were always very friendly and kind. We stayed bed & breakfast, it was buffet style and there was lots to chose from,... more

Unfortunately we got trapped in a shop where the minibus picks you up to take you back to the hotel with someone tying things to me and begging me to buy, haha, was not funny though when my boyfriend gave him 20 quid and he had it and wanted more and would not give it him back. Was not funny... more

Naama Bay We took a trip down to Naama Bay in the morning... a massive no-no as nothing is open at all until around midday and beyond but it did give us some idea of what we could do for an evening...In Naama there all sorts of restaurants which are all very reasonably priced but I have been reliably informed... more

for all those people who say bad things about Neama bay, don't go back. You obviously have no sense of the wonderful culture that Neama bay has. True, it's not real Egypt but what it has is a beautiful mix of lovely, warm, genuine people who can laugh at themselves and after all it is a purpose built tourist resort.... more

Naama bay can be a little much to bear in the evenings but its buzzing with atmosphere and just a polite noa nd your left alone, its nothing like blackpool or chavy as its not buzzing with nightlife but the bars are friendly and there is something for everyone. more

Na'ama Bay maybe some peoples idea of a good time - those that are probably chavvy and very [-]! 'The strip' is full of Brits and Russians. It's only saving grace is 'The Camel Bar' a roof top bar with real chill factor and great laid back DJ sets. It's great for people watching from the rooftop and it will... more

I went to Naama Bay last year having spent 10 days in Luxor and places along the Nile visiting key historic sites (which me and my husband loved). We went to Naama purely to relax at the end of a very busy and tiring albeit wonderful 10 days. I am quite shocked to read other people comparing it to Blackpool... more
