Soho square is not fixed prices as they tell you. Most shop owners love the tradition of bartering for you to get a better price for goods, but they don't drag you in to the shops. Tourists are protected and saw plain clothes police checking Egyptian males id and asking questions to why they was at Soho square, they were... More

I was really looking forward to going to SS as I heard from people back home how great it was. What an utter disappointment. Mass quantities of knock off gear (at expensive prices), probably the worst latte I have ever had (and it cost me £6). After trailing round for an hour, we decided to go and have a drink... More

Great shopping and enjoyable night life. Very good for copy goods, especially women's handbags. Would recommend to any tourists looking for shopping without the hassle of the Old Market.

Picked up from hotel entrance as there was 3 coach loads going to the festival. Arrived in time for the start of the festival, which lasted all of 40 mins. Great display but not what was advertised. No fireworks and the street parade did not happen. Soho square itself was not that great. lots of shops selling things at a... More

Everything you need is there, a little expensive, hotel runs free return trip (evenings). There are plenty of local shops nearer the RAM which are cheaper and only a few minutes walk. La Strada is probably the best 15 minute walk away, just turn left out of the hotel and keep walking, once you see the Hard Rock Cafe you... More

We went to Soho Square to watch the Four Femmes on the Thames who we thought were excellent. We were staying at the Sierra Hotel so were able to take advantage of the free drinks whilst watching the shows. Soho Square was 2 minute walk from our hotel and great to walk round and look the shops, bars, restaurants. Remember... More

If the old market and Naama bay are not for you then Soho Square surely is.Shopping mall similar to shopping malls elsewhere in the World. No hassle, bars, restaurants, shopping where you can pretend to haggle but most of them tend to be fixed price now and quite a bit more expensive than Naama & Market. Go to the old... More
