We walked to this beach one day and thought it was a lovely area with a long pier, which we walked along to the end. This was the only beach we would have fancied swimming from but the weather wasn't suitable. We would have liked to have done some snorkelling but weren't sure if people swam off the pier. We... This beach is very nice once you gte to it. However there a 3 or 4 shops between the jetty where the boats drop you off and the beach area. The owners of these shops are quite pushy compared to most of the other shops in El Gouna. Also some of the staff in the bars are not interested if... More

Beach island is quite nice. A few shops and a couple of bars. Quite a few sunbeds. Boat ride there from our hotel (Sultan Bey) was good. We also did a nice walk there across the bridge and then out via The Sheraton. If you like beaches then its good. There is a nice long walkway out to sea from... More

Lovely well kept beach with nice atmosphere. There are lots of activities to indulge in and a pier way out into the sea for snorkellers!

Well maintained beach with good facilities, except that the nature of the beach itself is not that good, rocky beach and I prefer sandy beached.

Its the only place in El Gouna where we felt the aggressive approach from shopkeepers! At the entrance from the south side, there is no other alternative than passing some shopkeepers - and they are so aggressive like in down town Hurgharde. Not the standard in El Gouna. And the lunch opportunity is very limited - one of the shops... More

Not much happens here, an ideal spot to unwind & chill out. You can watch the boats go by, view the surfers near by or simply sunbathe. There are, however, restaurants and a couple of traders on the beach. A relaxing afternoon.
