The entire archipelago is amazing. You need to stay at least 7 days to see half of the islands. Usually the Kicker Rock is the first one, so you got really impressed. Nice place for photography, snorkeling and diving.

I did two amazing dives with the very well-run Chalo tours outfit (the office is easily found in the town). The divemaster was knowledgeable and billingual and the boat we took was a large catamaran so perfect for preparing equipment on. The first dive was in a mild current that took you along a nice channel with turtles, white tip/black... More

Safest, coolest dive tour operator in San Cristobal island, no doubt about it! With their fancy super comfortable catamaran, good equipment and reliable staff, Chalo Tours is the best way to get to the great Kickers Rock (one of the best dive sites in Galapagos). My only advise is to book as soon as you get to the island, because... More

The ocean was calm and the current was manageable, even for my 12 yo son. With 40 foot visibility, we snorkeled our way through and partially around the rock to see white-tipped and hammerhead sharks, sea turtles, a school of spotted rays, lots of fish and a large sea lion sweeping by. It is hard to describe how beautiful it... More

We saw kicker rock on our cruise itinerary with Ecoventura. We read a lot of reviews about the great variety of wildlife if you dive or snorkel at Kicker Rock. Even though we didn't have that option with our cruise - I would still highly suggest going to Kicker Rock to watch the sun set and making sure it is... More

Chalo tours gave a good service, dive guide gave a good briefing but first dive was at Cerro Brujo and that was a disappointment. Nothing to see there, not even a sea lion in the water. OK for unexpierenced divers. Kicker Rock was good. Not good visibility + thermocline in the water. But impressive dive site, above and under water.... More

Be sure when you book your tour for Leon Dormido that you get a tour that includes a trip to the beach. While the clarity of the water was not the best, swimming in between the big rocks was really cool. The water was more clear in between the big rocks than on the perimeter. We did see hammer heads,... More

Great marine life, hammerhead sharks, turtles, Sea Lions, millions of fish. Visibility around 15 feet, but the marine life is so great that you forget the visibility is not good
