The Quarter is a beautifully-designed enclosed shopping mall located in the Tropicana Casino Resort, it gives something for non-gamblers to do AND it is really a sight to see! What a joke this place was! We went one eve. with 4 women the place was empty. There were more staff than guests. I went to sit down at a booth. They were ALL empty. A security guy came running over to tell me it is a VIP booth. I asked him where I could sit for free. The answer... more
