I hear it is shutting down, the fountains where off and some sinks didn't work in the bathrooms. I had to go to another bathroom for soap. I do have to say I did still have fun while I was there.

Just finished playing poker at the Taj and wondered around. The place is a deserted ghost town. They were going to close in December but decided to stay open. Half the food places aren't open only one is open after 11pm. Had to go to another casino for food. Poker room has tons of tables but only had 2 open... More

First of all, the Taj is my favorite casino. The drink servers are great and very pleasant. I usually do not have any problems ordering or receiving drinks. I think that the casino has a good variety of machines. I LOVE that they have kept some of the older machines. I really prefer the older machines. My only problem is... More

We stayed in the Taj Mahal Casino in the King Suite for 2 nights from 28 Dec to 30 Dec 2014. We were very happy with our stay here. Our room was ENORMOUS! We had 2 separate toilets, separate living room and a MASSIVE bedroom with a private Jacuzzi. Everything was super clean and well sorted. Arguably, the best hotel... More

Came to Taj in late December for a 2 night getaway. I had not played much but still got the room comped and got moved from the Taj tower to the new Chairman Tower. The new (few years old) tower is great and rivals all of the more successful casinos in town. I have stayed at many of the properties... More

It's closing soon and good riddance. Tacky place in a town famous for tacky. Restaurants were overpriced and underwhelming.

The Trump Taj really needs an overall. Like maybe being torn down and starting over. Hard to know where its going as well as, AC in general. Rooms are dated. I just think there are better places to go.

This is where I learnt to gamble...a large casino with lot of machines and tables. There are people to assist first timers like me. Many indian origin staff work here.
