Checked in on a Tuesday afternoon, didn't have to wait at all. Stayed in the Rendevous Tower..beautiful large room, very large bathroom, double sinks, vanity and large stand up shower. The room was very clean and the maids were pleasant. The casino is huge...the slots were great, I ended up winning. Drink service is a little on the slow side... more

the room was pretty and it was big but we went to enjoy the pool and the staff there was so rude. they actually made me feel so uncomfortable they made me cry and i had to speak to a manager. the expereience was bad..I will visit again but cautiously they really should take some lessons in hospitality. more

We usually don't spend much on our hotel rooms, since we don't spend much time in them when we are traveling. So we were pleasantly surprised with this fabulous room in the Ocean tower at this fabulous hotel and casino. CLEAN, spacious rooms. We got a king sized hot tub room for less than $65. It was a comped room.. we asked for an upgrade at the front desk and they gave us a mini-suite... a mini suite is a larger room with 2 easy chairs with ottomans besides having a table and chairs..room also has a mini-refrigerator..no coffee pot and no hair dryer.
