This casino is becoming quickly outdated. Most of the casino floor looks run down. Took forever to get a drink, when waitress did come she was rude. Dealers are all rude, thats if your lucky enough to get one that interacts with you. Depending on what night you go, you have to deal with all the drunks coming from the... More

(1st time stay) We stayed here with our family back in March. We had 3 rooms on different floors. All we heard all night in each of the rooms was doors slamming, arguing in the hallway and banging on the doors. We did call security multiple times and there was no action taken to help with the noise. As a hospitality... More

My family and I come to Harrah's several times a year. Usually every few months for a quick get away. We have stayed in all the various room types and the waterfront towers are the nicest but this time we stayed in the harbor towers. These are the original rooms and have been somewhat updated over time... Our room was... More

Even though we stayed in 2012, I still wanted to post this review to show pictures of the fabulous indoor pool (no outdoor pool at Harrahs). We stayed two nights mid-week comped. Room was average. Indoor pool area was serene and lovely. Really nice amenity to have, especially in the winter months. There is a bar and drink/food service in... More

We have returned to Harrah's numerous times, and we have never felt slighted in either service or the quality of the rooms. The only thing that would make it better for me is if it were located closer to the boardwalk. The energy at this hotel is always jumping, possibly due to the location of the club being so close... Since the moment that you walk in you can feel the energy. Adults of all ages enjoying themselves. The casino itself is nicely lit, very clean and inviting.

Stayed in March. Front desk was wonderful. Checkin was quick. Pool is a great winter escape. Room was very clean and good sized bathroom. We stayed in Bayview tower rm 19055. Bath had both standup shower and deep tub. Toilet was in a seperate room. Only complaint was no vent fan in bathroom or toilet room. Buffet was good, however,... More

Great gambling experience, the property is clean and service is good. Employee call you by your name and tell you theirs. Ordering drinks tomorrow slot machine doesn't allow me to get drink exactly like I want it, I like to talk to server, but it works

I have been going to Harrahs for many years, this time flying to AC and visiting. As is usual for me at Harrah's their slots give a little back to keep me playing. Enjoyed it a lot and would love to stay here the next time we visit AC.

They can do a better job with the drinks- filled with ice- not much to drink afterwards. Drunkards walking the casino floor being disruptive and no security present!! Not many restaurants- so your basically limited to the over priced buffet.
